About Us

Beacon Transport is an irregular route truckload carrier based out of Nashville, TN servicing the Southeast, Midwest, and Southwest. We haul general dry freight that is non-hazardous materials.
We are able to provide superior customer service by providing each client with a dedicated customer service representative. Some of our clients consist of John Deere, Michelin, Carrier Corporation, Frito-Lay, Electrolux Home Products, & Bridgestone/Firestone, just to name a few.
We have assigned fleet managers for each of our tractors and drivers. This allows us to have one on one contact with our drivers and equipment. We run 3 year old or newer Volvo 670 Condo tractors as well as 5 year old or newer 53 ft airride Stoughton trailers. All our tractors are equipped with Qualcomm satellite systems, which enable us to be in constant communication with our drivers. Our satellite system also allows us to track any shipment at anytime with pinpoint accuracy of the location.
We have an in-house maintenance staff that provides all our servicing needs. We run regular service intervals on both our tractors and trailers. We have a safety lane that all equipment is required to go through when they are routed through our terminal facility. Through our experienced maintenance staff as well as our regular service intervals, we are able to provide reliable equipment with minimal breakdown time. In the event of a breakdown on the road, we have a maintenance supervisor on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle these issues.
